| Description Many companies are employing an increasingly diverse workforce. Too often, employees working with members of the diverse work horse have little or no understanding of what the challenges being faced by working in a culture that is not their own or by being a minority in the workplace. This program examines the idea of culture and some of the broad cultural trends around the world. Then it examines how these cultural trends may conflict with the American workforce and how to overcome these challenges. | | |
