Description

What is our cultural identity and how does it impact our choices, attitudes and communication? These questions are discussed and understood as participants learn how we all have a unique cultural identity and this impacts our world view. Participants examine their own unique cultural identities, share these with other participants and through dialogue questions, understand what they can learn about and from each other. A wonderful program for groups and teams of all sizes. Greatly facilitates teamwork and communication.

Description


Using the same principals as outlined in the Cultural Identity workshop, this workshop examines the corporate identity, the elements contained within it and how participants understand what is means in the workplace. Exercises aid participants in indentifying their view of the corporate identity and how it is impacting their role in the corporation or organization. Facilitated discussions guide the group to create one common identity that all participants can understand and use in the workplace. Superb for developing teamwork within work groups, departments or across departments that may have differing views on what is "right" for the company.
