| Description Using the same principals as outlined in the Cultural Identity workshop, this workshop examines the corporate identity, the elements contained within it and how participants understand what is means in the workplace. Exercises aid participants in indentifying their view of the corporate identity and how it is impacting their role in the corporation or organization. Facilitated discussions guide the group to create one common identity that all participants can understand and use in the workplace. Superb for developing teamwork within work groups, departments or across departments that may have differing views on what is "right" for the company.
